Agendize is hiring a full-time Communications Manager.
Agendize (@agendize) is a dynamic, fast-growing startup based in Montreal, with global clients in 25 countries. We offer a suite of tools that help publishers and marketers better engage their users online and inspire these users to move from passive search/browsing to taking an action. Our current client base includes small and large corporations in the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.
After great success in the enterprise market, we are creating a self-serve platform to democratize our engagement tools for businesses of any size. We’re looking for someone to fill a key role on the team building this new platform.

As the Communications Manager, your main responsibility will to speak to the market about our self-serve platform using multiple platforms including blogs, social networks and all other appropriate media. You will communicate with our existing clients and potential clients to learn about their needs. You will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams, helping to define our product’s features and roadmap. You will also communicate the benefits appropriately with the market via social media, direct contact and other PR/communications channels.
We’re a small company and this role will require wearing many hats, ranging from Communications to Community Management and Product Management. If you’re excited about this kind of opportunity, then this role is for you!
- Experience in a similar role
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Experience creating and executing online communications plans
- Experience managing Facebook, Twitter and other social network presences
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues in both French and English, with flawless English writing skills.
