Agendize logoAgendize originally started in France, but the founder, Alexandre Rambaud, moved to Montreal in 2009 to expand operations into North America. And today the company is announcing a fairly significant shift in their business – from servicing large enterprises to targeting small businesses with a very specific product offering.

When you visit the Agendize website you see the tagline, “Turn your traffic into conversations with ‘click-to-action’ buttons”. They’ve taken their experience providing custom enterprise solutions, and packaged that into a simple small business solution. A company can go to the Agendize website and select what call to action buttons it wants to implement on its website, including: Call Me, Chat, Schedule an Appointment, Send by SMS and more. The goal according to Agendize is to provide a one-stop-shop for all conversion and engagement tools that a small business owner might need on his/her website.

It only takes a few minutes to pick the option you want, build the button and embed it on your website. They provide performance analytics on the buttons you’re using. And you can integrate with Google Analytics for goal tracking. Here’s a video on the service:

One of the most interesting aspects Agendize is the pricing model. They aren’t charging a monthly subscription fee. Instead, they charge per use, and the pricing varies depending on which options you use. As an example, the Schedule an Appointment button costs $1 per use. So each time a website visitor uses the button on your site, you’re charged $1.

Although a lot of their tools are available through other systems (like the Form Builder, Click-to-Call, etc.) Agendize believes it has a unique value proposition because it’s packaged all of them up together. And the pricing model aligns Agendize with its customers’ goals — if a customer doesn’t get any traction, Agendize doesn’t get paid.
