Canadian cloud-management company, CloudOps is pleased to announce the addition of two new executives to its management team. Pierre-Luc Bisaillon, vice president, business development and Marc Pare, vice president, sales will help direct the seven-year-old IT consulting and services company to the next stage of its business development.

As vice president of business development, Bisaillon will be responsible for Product Management and Marketing, ensuring that operations and sales are strategically aligned. As a business strategist, his role is to optimize CloudOps’ growth by assessing market trends and targeting the most advantageous opportunities in both the short and long term.
Bisaillon joins CloudOps after four years with Dell Computers in service, sales and operations roles. Previously, he provided strategic business advice to a wide roster of clients at McKinsey & Company management consulting and through his own firm, Ignite Consulting. An entrepreneur at heart, Bisaillon was also an advisor on the CBC venture-capital reality TV show, the Dragon’s Den, for its first two seasons.
As vice president of sales, Pare’s main responsibility will be to fast track CloudOps’ expansion. With a primary focus on meeting the sales needs of the company’s current clients, Pare will also actively pursue new clients and business synergies. Prior to joining CloudOps, Pare spent ten years in business development, product management and operations in the web IT industry. Much of his experience was gained at Coradiant Inc., an end-user experience and web-application performance monitoring company recently acquired by BMC Software. More recently, he was Field Sales Manager at Citrix Systems, where he was the 2011 Area Leadership Award Winner and a member of the 2011 President’s Club.
