About the Job
Under the supervision of the technology director, you will have as a mandate to take part in the programming activities in various projects related to the development of web applications and the management of data.
You will see to:
- Carry out the programming of Web pages with XHTML/CSS/AJAX/Javascript
- Participate in software development with object oriented programming (PHP5)
- Program web sites based on a MySQL database
- Diagnose and repair software problems
- Design, develop and write up functional specifications required during the development process
- Carry out other tasks compatible to your functions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in development with MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP 5
- Experience in development with jQuery, Zepto or similar Javascript frameworks
- Working knowledge of Javascript MVC frameworks including Ember or Backbone
- Able to easily communicate in English
- Working knowledge of PHP MVC frameworks including Zend or YiiFramework
- Excellent aptitude to work as team
- Knowledge of agile scrum methodologies preferred
Experience and education
- Bachelor in Computer Science or any other pertinent training
- Minimum of one year work experience with PHP, Javascript, HTML/CSS
