Measuring Offline Experiences in Real-Time

by Press Release on June 5, 2012

Agility Metrics, a Montreal-based startup allows brick-and-mortar retailers to measure customer experiences in real-time.

Upon purchase customers complete a short feedback survey using the web or mobile device. Survey data is crunched in real-time and the results are quickly available for management via a dedicated SAAS-based online reporting and analytics portal.

“From feedback to Insights in Record Time”

The highly customized reports are designed to rapidly surface actionable customer insights and identify areas of concern as well as opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Advanced statistical algorithms are used to weigh factors like satisfaction, loyalty, and repurchase intent.

In the last two years, Agility Metrics has grown rapidly and expanded its customer base across North America, signing deals with retail and food service operators like Staples, Laura Canada, Nebraska Furniture Mart, Grocery Outlet, and St. Hubert BBQ.

Founder and CEO Richard Pridham expects this explosive growth to continue due to the strength of the company’s technology and the growing need for these type of solutions among brick-and-mortar retailers: “Social media has been a wakeup call for retailers, and they’re realizing how truly conversational their customers are. The smart ones are implementing solutions to intelligently manage in-store feedback so they can intelligently capitalize on the voices of their customers.”
