You are a great junior programmer, know your way around WordPress & WP plugins, and want to revolutionize the book publishing industry. You’ll be working on some specific plugins, either adapting existing ones, or building from scratch. Flexible time and you can work in our offices or at home, as you prefer.
How will the new employee’s performance be measured? Define the job’s specific goals.
Great lead programmer will make sure your code works. We’ll push your stuff live and if it works, and if people like it, we’ll all know you’ve done a good job.
