Today Tungle announced that they were acquired by RIM.
Marc Gingras, CEO and founder of Tungle notes that the entire Tungle team will be joining Research in Motion (RIM).
Mark MacLeod, who was involved early on with the company, wrote a blog post about the acquisition.
Financial details were not released. Tungle had raised $6.36 million in financing.
